The fee for each scientific revision depends on the extent of revision required and the total number of pages (250 words per text page, plus figures and tables)
- Historically, our average fee has been ~$25 per page (i.e., averaged for manuscripts requiring all levels of revision)
- For minor-to-moderate revision, fees typically range from $8 to $25 per page
- If more extensive revision is required, the fee may be >$25 per page (e.g., numerous English corrections, clarification of data and/or logic flow, text rearrangements, extensive rewriting)
- When we return the revised manuscript to you, we will include an invoice with specific instructions on how to pay the fee
